ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Deborah Isaacs.

I am the author of the upcoming book My Faith Has Found a Resting Place”: The 26.7 Lessons I Learned from Having Cancer More than 5 Times”.

It is a memoir of my journey through cancer.  18 years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.  Since then the cancer returned in my lungs, bones, pancreas, and liver.  Today I am a thriving survivor.

My memoir tells in detail my story and how I was able to overcome cancer.  I am proof that anything is possible if you believe and have hope.  My journey has led me to encourage and help other cancer patients overcome their fear and provide them direction and hope as they navigate through the overwhelming diagnosis of cancer and all it entails.   I am a health coach to cancer patients and anyone with a health challenge.

I used a three- pronged approachin my healing that I now share with those I support.  I employ the doctor, I follow a nutrition plan, and depend on God through prayer and Bible reading.  I believe if one of these three elements are missing, the treatment or therapies will be lopsided and limited in scope and outcomes.  I teach that these three parts must work synergistically for complete and wholistic healing.  The body, emotions, and the soul (spiritual) are interconnected in the development of the disease and in the healing process.
